Since its inception in the summer of 2005, co-founders Tim Palmer and Doug Eidsmoe wanted Tainted Society to represent the legions of people who feel disenfranchised by many facets of today's society. "From terrorism to corporate fraud to demented freaks gunning down our heroes, the world is a pretty messed up place", says Palmer.

The goal of Tainted Society was to put together a line up that blends a variety of playing styles along with a group of people who are truly committed to making music that speaks to the frustrations that many people feel every day. After two years, and a couple of line up changes, a truly cohesive unit worthy of representing this Tainted Society had finally been born.

With the perfect lineup finally in place, Tainted Society has released their self-produced debut cd "Bound For Hell" which is being distributed worldwide on Amazon.com. In support of this release, Tainted Society has crafted a live show that truly separates them for the rest of the pack of emerging artists. "Our goal is to put on a live show, sonically and visually, that people leave saying "wow, now that was a kick ass rock show", says Palmer.

With nationwide accolades to their credit, i.e. "Hard Rock Track of The Day" (November 8, 2005 - "Your Friend" / April 3, 2007 - "Back Off" / January 28, 2008 - "VooDoo Walkin'") from GarageBand.com (http://www.garageband.com) as well as radio airplay on Rock105.3 (KIOZ-San Diego), Tainted Society's vast appeal is enticing a loyal following that continues to grow with every show.

Tainted Society is on the road in support of "Bound For Hell". The tour will have dates throughout Southern California as well as points beyond. This effort will extend through 2008.
